FS2000 Scenery - Celedith, British Columbia
by Jim Faircloth (jrfdjf@earthlink.net)

Description:
The 8th project in a series of mostly fictitious Bush Plane sceneries located
in the southern Canadian Rockies all easily reachable within 2 hours from
Vancouver. This location is approximately 8 nm from Bella Coola and approx,
38 nm from my last project "Cynthia". Float start and land start locations are
available and the local default highway serves as your land based airstrip.
This project is a rural concept with large barn, cows, chickens and the local
human inhabitants. The water start has several cabins and a dual berth float
hanger. You will find tenants at some of the cabin rentals. Along the highway
you may stop and visit the local barber shop, antique store and local boutique.

Navigation info: ADF frequency is 327kHz Coordinates:N52* 25' 26.21, W126*25'
43.1130

Installation:
Unzip the Celedith zip file into a temporary directory.
I recommend either of two methods with the first being the easiest provided you
have any of the other projects from this series. In that event you may just paste
the bgl files from Celedith\Scenery into the scenery folder of whichever other
project folder you have installed and copy and paste the textures from the
Celedith\Texture folder, overwriting any textures you may already have
into the texture folder of the other project's texture folder. Start up FS2000 and
choose Celedith from the FS95 and before menu.
The other method is the usual method which requires you place the Celedith folder
into whichever Scenery addon folder you place your addons and then start up FS2000,
open the Scenery Library from the World Menu click on ADD AREA.
You then use the browse function to locate where you placed the Celedith
folder then double click on the folder to place it in the description box. You then type
Celedith as the scenery name, choose OK and click on the check mark. Wait for the
scenery to fully load, restart FS2000 Open the world menu then GO TO AIRPORT and
choose Celedith from the FS95 and before menu. No exclude are flatten switches.

Requirements:

I recommend at least a Pentium 11 400mhz processor with a good video card to enjoy
these sceneries. You will need to have the latest ASD 2.1 textures, Airport 2.XX
and VOD textures installed and are available from the usual download sites.
